     Thanks for visiting our site.  We really hope that you consider hiring us for your home improvement project.  Our pricing on roofing, siding, windows, and framing is one of the best in the industry.  We offer excellent warranties and have the track record to back it up.  In business over 14 years with a clean record with Consumer Affairs-we have demonstrated our dedication to quality work and customer service. We offer extended warranties, and unlike some unscrupulous "competitors" we don't change our company name every two years to avoid upset customers.

      We specialize in home exteriors and structure.  This includes all types of residential and commercial roofing.  We are the company to call when you have difficult roof issues that don't seem to have a solution. Water is the enemy of your home, and can become the enemy of your health, if it enters your home through improperly sealed Roofing, Siding, or Windows.  There is no end to the damage it can cost you.  Damaged framing, interiors, furniture.  Insect infestation is frequently caused by moisture inside walls, not to mention mold.

     We offer all types of framing-be it an extension, or like our name suggests, a dormer.  Complete home construction from foundation up is part of our resume.  Even large homes with complicated framing can be completed at a very reasonable price.  If you want to add a portico while we are doing your roof, or a deck-there is no need to call several different contractors.

      I have realized during the course of my business that the only way to have a successful business is to treat my customers with excellence.  To pay close attention to every detail of the job.  To get back to my customers in a very timely fashion.  To maintain open lines of communication with my customers at all times.  To be punctual, or if that is not possible, to always call so that I do not waste anyone else's time.  To be, not necessarily the lowest priced contractor, but to offer a competitive price at which I can offer the kind of service anyone who hires me expects. 

     I realize that what people expect is to be treated fairly and receive quality work.  If there is ever an issue after the job is complete, they expect me to return their phone calls and warranty my work.  I have heard too many times from people how the guy they hired never came back to fix a problem he caused.  I realize that if my work should have a problem, and I uphold my warranty, my customer will very likely have other work for me, or may know someone who needs work.  If I just treat people the right way-how I would like to be treated-it will in some way come back to me.

     I never ask for large deposits up front.  Generally, if you hire me for your home improvement project, I take a nominal deposit, and then we set up a payment schedule that we both feel comfortable with.  As you see each phase of the work being completed, a set progress payment becomes due.  I never put my customers in the uncomfortable position of "front end loading" the job, or asking for final payment before the job is complete.
